Method
- Source: data/comparisons.json (N=195 dossiers: 170 pair + 25 aggregate).
- Grouping: a pair dossier lands in its shared category when both participants share one, otherwise in "cross-category"; aggregate dossiers carry their own category field.
- Mean/median/max are computed over the parsed delta values inside each group; N per group is listed in the table.
